Tommy and Tom Johns have written and negotiated 6 contract since the beginning of January, with sellers and builders sticking closer to their asking price. In one situation, the builder has sold 5 homes, in one community, over the last 2 weeks. They held tight to their asking price, even thought the subject property had been on the market for 598 days.

The 'pent-up demand" seems to be breaking loose. If you're considering a move, don't wait too long. Start looking while prices are right, interest rates are low, and sellers are willing to negotiate.
